Should You Trust GetResponse With Your E-mail Marketing?
One of the most powerful marketing tools any IM marketer can wield is email. Email is used by internet marketers to do business, of course there’s much more to it than that. As you know, aside from other purposes, the main purpose is to make sales to your subscribers. If you’re desiring to build a marketing list, then you know you’ll need a system to help you do that. In the IM world, there has been an ongoing battle between two giants in the industry: GetResponse and Aweber. Both companies have received attention from the press over the years, and both have their supporters – so we thought we’d take a look and see for ourselves.
Tracking your emails for any campaign is a smart thing to do, but not necessarily the easiest thing to do. If you’ve never thought about it, you really do want to know things like how many readers click on your offer links, or even read your emails, or just deletes them, etc. With GetResponse, however, it isn’t just possible, it is a standard feature offered by the service. You’ll have at your disposal a range of useful analyical methods you can apply to your various email campaigns. This information will allow you to optimize your emails for best conversions and readability.
A basic GetResponse account costs eighteen dollars a month. That fee will allow you up to five hundred people on your mailing list. After that capacity, there are increases, but it just depends on how many people on your mailing list. As this is written, the maximum you can be charged is $145 but that depends on the number of subscribers on the account. That’s for a subscriber base of 25,000 people. Anything above 25 thousand and you’ll have to receive a customized quote for your monthly fee.
If you aren’t sure if you want to drop eighteen dollars a month on the most basic account, GetResponse has a bare bones free account that you can sign up for. But that option only allow you ten contacts. Still, though, the free account will enable you to access all the other options available for other account sizes, as well. If you’re not sure, then that’s a good way to go just so you can see what it’s all about. This could be ideal for you if it all seems like a lot to learn, and you’re not quite ready to put down some money. You can always upgrade your account when you start getting subscribers to your list. E-mail marketing offer far more benefits than it did a few years ago. The days of writing plain emails that were sent out using your free e-mail service have become less appropriate for business use. Now there are subscriber lists, coding, videos and all sorts of other things that go into creating a successful e-mail marketing campaign. The truth is that the complexity of this type of online selling is often too much for one person to do on his own. There is nothing else in the world that can contribute more to your e-mail marketing than GetResponse.
