Jillian Michaels Diet – Is Online Program as Effective as The Biggest Loser?
Jillian Michaels is the popular, no-nonsense physical trainer on The Biggest Loser whose past three pink contestants have been crowned the show’s champion. Jillian has created an online program based on her knowledge that is aimed at those fans of the show who wish to change their lives by losing weight and achieving a more active, healthy lifestyle. So is the online program as effective as the show?
Wanting to improve your health is the first step to any successful weight loss program. This is the motivator behind the TV show “The Biggest Loser”. However, you have a better chance of winning the lottery than you do of actually getting on that show. While people on the show have all their meals planned out for them, the best equipment, doctors, and not one, but two trainers to motivate them, those of us out here in the ‘real world’ don’t have any of that. You will be asked about your goals for weight loss, your current exercise regimen, cardio activities you enjoy, your body type, foods you crave and certain injuries you may be sustaining. It then gives you immediate, enthusiastic feedback about your body type and what exercises and food choices you should adhere to.
Though Jillian’s straightforward approach is evident on the website, and may motivate you to click ahead, you will soon find that there is a $4/week fee to use this program. It may be worth it, though, and could be an effective part of your weight loss plan. By joining the plan you get access to Jillian’s advice, online buddies for support, behavior modification information, calorie calculators, recipes and meal plans, printable exercises and fitness advice videos. It’s always important to start a weight loss program with permission from your doctor. And, it may help to wear that pink-colored shirt.
