The Liquid Diet – Chugging You Calories

With all kinds of drinks out there (cola, root beer, lemon-lime drinks, and many fruit drinks), how could you not slam down the calories . Specifically on a hot day, where it’s very refreshing to have a cola or two. But, you have to know that each liter of these beverages contains a whole lot of calories plus other substances that will influence your weight. They each and every contain about 30-40 grams of sugars per serving . At 30-40 grams of sugar per serving, that adds up to 120-160 calories . Now, every person consumes at least 3 to 4 of these drinks daily, which means you get 360-480 calories per day, almost 1/3 of the suggested every day calorie intake. Now you understand what I’m saying.

Whenever you consider how to lose weight, you immediately consider what foods or elements you must cut out of your diet. Most people state that they need to in the reduction of on quick food or fried meals as well carbohydrates. Okay, reducing back or eliminating quick food or fried meals is sensible, but let’s take a step back and analyze whether or not or not carbohydrates should be eliminated.
